You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
918kiss shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
918kiss accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name and matching your verified identity on the Platform. 918kiss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated; unused Bonus Funds expire upon the validity period's end and are forfeited without compensation.

Cashback promotions apply exclusively to losses from Real Money Funds. Losses incurred while Bonus Funds are the active wagering balance are not eligible for cashback calculation.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 918kiss reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake placed for that round.
